Using PromptJoy

By creating an account or using PromptJoy, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any organization you represent. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

PromptJoy helps prepare X posts, branded images and posting plans. You review and publish the results yourself. Suggested times are recommendations; PromptJoy does not automatically publish posts. Keep your credentials secure and only connect agents and clients you trust.

Payments and cancellation

Subscriptions cost USD $9 per month or $99 per year, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. They renew automatically at the selected interval until canceled. Checkout shows the plan and total before you pay.

Manage payment details, invoices, plan changes and cancellation in Settings → Manage billing. Cancel before renewal to stop the next charge; access continues through the current paid period. Plan changes may include prorated charges or credits shown in the billing portal. Failed payments may restrict access.

Cancellation does not automatically refund past payments. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights under applicable law are unaffected. We will give notice before changes to your recurring price apply.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep the rights you hold in your content. You permit us to store, process and return it as needed to provide the service, including through agents you connect. You may export and use results subject to rights in source material and your agent provider’s terms.

Check facts, metrics, handles, wording and permissions before publishing. Public data may be incomplete and AI-assisted output may be inaccurate or similar to other content. Public availability does not grant permission to reuse someone else’s work. We do not guarantee reach, engagement or business results.

Do not use PromptJoy for fraud, unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, privacy violations or infringement. Do not bypass access controls, misuse other customers’ data or interfere with the service. PromptJoy’s software and branding remain ours or our licensors’.

Other services and availability

Google, ChatGPT, Claude, X, Stripe and other providers have separate terms and may require their own accounts or subscriptions. PromptJoy is independent of them, and their changes or availability may affect features. Any merchant-of-record purchase terms are shown at checkout.

We may update the service or restrict access for nonpayment, abuse, security or legal reasons. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow it to be resolved. You can stop using PromptJoy and request account deletion; cancel your subscription in billing settings to stop renewals.

Legal rights and changes

To the extent permitted by law, PromptJoy is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

We will update the date above when these terms change and give notice of material changes where required. Contact us first about any problem so we can try to resolve it.
