About this policy

This policy covers PromptJoy. For questions about your information, contact support@promptjoy.app.

What we collect and why

• Account details: your email, profile details and sign-in information, to create and protect your account and send account emails.
• Brand and content: profiles, voice examples, themes, uploads, sources, posts, images and plans that you or your connected agent save, to provide your workspace and prepare content.
• Public X information: available profiles, photos, posts, replies and engagement counters used for requested features. We do not request your X password or private messages.
• Billing and support: subscription status, payment references and messages you send us, to manage payments and help you. Stripe handles card details; we do not receive your full card number or security code.
• Technical records: request, device, connection and error information needed to operate the service, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.

Google sign-in

If you sign in with Google, we receive your account identifier, email and verification status, name and profile photo. We use these to sign you in and manage your PromptJoy profile. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or contacts, and we do not use Google sign-in information to train AI models.

You can remove access in your Google Account connections. Removing access does not itself delete your PromptJoy account.

Who processes information

We use Supabase for accounts and storage, Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payments, Resend for account and support email, and FxTwitter/FxEmbed for public X information. They process the information needed to provide those services and may operate outside your country.

When you connect ChatGPT, Claude or another compatible client, it can read and make authorized changes to your workspace. Returned content is processed under that provider’s own policies and settings. Disconnecting a client does not delete copies in its chat history.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud or protect the service.

Cookies, security and retention

We use necessary cookies and browser storage for sign-in and site functions, not advertising cookies. We use HTTPS and access controls to protect information, but no service can guarantee complete security.

We keep information while needed to provide the service and meet billing, legal and security obligations. Deletion requests may leave records we must retain and backups until they expire. Copies you export or share with connected agents are outside our control.

Your choices and contact

You can edit saved brands and account details, manage billing in Settings, and revoke agent connections. Contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion of your information; we may need to verify your identity. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing or contact a privacy regulator.

PromptJoy is intended for adults. If a child has provided personal information, please contact us. We will update the date above when this policy changes and provide notice of material changes where required. See our Terms of Service for the conditions of use.
